They took a short Q&A before this talk.] 0:19 1st of all, the person who checked more than 3 things in this Q&A has some issues with their eating habits. They are Changmin, Yoochun, and Junsu. JJ: they're gonna die early, right? --- Counselor: among 3 meals, which do you eat the most? JS: breakfast. / YH: me, too. JJ: the 3 of us, dinner. CM: no, it's all the same for me. [lol!] Counselor: among the 3 meals, you should eat breakfast the most, then lunch, then dinner. YC: I'm the opposite... JJ: but you can't help that night snacks taste the best. Counselor: that's true, but... JS: if you eat too much night snacks, then you die early. JJ: but if we don't eat night snacks, I can't sleep. Counselor: because you're hungry? But, actually, if you have to digest food in your stomach, you can't sleep well, so it's best not to eat too much at night. --- The persons who eat a lot of noodles and donburi for lunch are: Yoochun & Junsu. JS: wait, wait, wait. Changmin didn't check that box? Counselor: that's right. JS/YC: whoa, a lie! JS: he eats those the most! he's the one who says, "let's go eat ramen" the most! Counselor: it's ok to eat ramen, but you should eat something else with it, like vegetables. JS/YC/JJ: [to changmin] liar... CM: [the question was about] "lunch." JS: when we get back home, you always say, "let's eat ramen!" CM: yeah, for dinner! [lol!!!] --- Counselor: one question that no one checked is for "I don't eat vegetables." You all must be making sure to eat vegetables. ALL: yeah, we like vegetables. YH: we eat a lot of salads, esp. recently. And we eat kimchi all the time. Counselor: that's good. It's good to eat a variety of foods. And you should be eating a proportional amount of vegetables every day. so, no matter what, please make sure to eat the right amount of vegetables. ------------------------ I love how they're all such good students! They listen very well.^^

Learn Dave and Roger's Pickle Call at Guss' Pickles (Orchard Street between Broome & Grand, Lower East Side, Manhattan) as you nosh on 6 varieties of pickles. If you're lucky Dave will introduce you to the best skin care product known to man, pickle brine. Then walk down the block for a sesame pancake Chinese sandwhich loaded with pickled carrots, pot roast, soy sauce, cilantro, and hot sauce at the Dumpling House (Eldridge Street between Broome & Grand, Lower East Side, Manhattan) featuring live entertainment from a small Chinese boy and his purple guitar. Next ride over the Brooklyn Bridge into Redhook for chocolate dipped key lime pie at Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pies (Pier 41 off Van Dyke Street, Red Hook, Brooklyn). You'll get a great view of the Statue of Liberty while you digest before Dave tours you around Red Hook's mean streets where the smell of gunfire still hangs in the air.
